Penis enlargement exercise - Warm up stretching

Steps Instructions
1. Make sure your body is warm.
2. Apply a small amount of lotion or lube to your penis
3. Hold the base of your penis and begin to run it down the shaft, massaging as you go a long.
4. Clasp your penis under the head and pull and stretch to the left, then to the right, then down and to the top.
5. Repeat this same exercise for 2 - 3 minutes until your penis feels warm and the blood is flowing.
