Steps Instructions
1. Make sure your body is warm.
2. Soak a small towel or cloth in hot clean water. Squeeze out any excess liquid.
3. Wrap the hot cloth around your penis and testicles and hold it in place for 2 - 5 minutes or until you feel warm.
4. Remove the wet cloth and use another cloth to dry your penis.
5. You are now ready to begin your penis enlargement exercises.
