This is an advanced penis enlargement exercise that is designed to stretch and add length to your penis when flaccid. It should be performed for no more than 30 minutes at a time. In the video below we demonstrate the sit down stretch exercise.
|1.||Make sure you are thoroughly warmed up.|
|2.||Get a 30 - 40% semi erection.|
|3.||Stretch your penis out in front of you.|
|4.||Pull your penis down and underneath you between your butt.|
|5.||Now sit down slowly and carefully on your penis.|
|6.||Get comfortable and stay in this position.|
