Steps Instructions
1. Make sure you are properly warmed up.
2. Hold the tip of your penis below the head.
3. Pull it forward and hold for 10 seconds.
4. Apply pressure with your thumb from base to head taking no more than 10 seconds.
5. Now, move your thumb back down to the base, applying pressure and taking no more than 10 seconds.
6. Place your other under just under the head.
7. Now put pressure on the base.
8. Rest and massage the head of your penis.
9. Both movements are classed as one repetition.
10. Repeat the penis enlargement exercise for as many reps are required.
