Steps Instructions
1. Make sure you are properly warmed up and soft.
2. Hold your penis below the head.
3. Pull it out in front of your and hold for 10 seconds.
4. Tense your PC muscles for 5 seconds.
5. Let go and let the blood come back into your penis.
6. Repeat the penis enlargement exercise in every direction.
7. Afterwards relax and massage your penis to restore blood flow.
8. Perform the penis enlargement exercise for the desired number of reps.
