Steps Instructions
1. As always, make sure you are properly warmed up.
2. Grasp your penis below the head.
3. Pull it out and down in front of you and hold for 15 seconds.
4. Relax your penis and massage the end of the head.
5. Stretch your penis to the left and hold for 15 seconds.
6. Relax your penis and massage the end of the head.
7. Stretch your penis to the right and hold for 15 seconds.
8. Repeat the penis enlargement exercise for the desired amount of reps.
