Steps Instructions
1. As always, make sure you are properly warmed up.
2. Stand up with your penis completely soft.
3. Pull it out and down in front of you and hold for 10 seconds.
4. Pull it upwards and hold out for 10 seconds
5. While keeping the stretch rotate your penis clockwise.
6. Slap your penis against thigh and massage to restore circulation
7. Repeat the penis enlargement exercise for the desired amount of reps.
