Steps Instructions
1. Make sure you are properly warmed up.
2. Get a semi erection
3. Lubricate your penis and hands.
4. Sit down with your back straight.
5. Hold the base of your penis with your left hand.
6. Place your other under just under the head.
7. Now put pressure on the base.
8. Milk downwards from the head with your right hand.
9. Milk back upwards towards your head.
10. Repeat the penis enlargement exercise for as many reps are required.
