Steps Instructions
1. Make sure you are thoroughly warmed up.
2. Get a semi erection.
3. Stand up with your back straight to allow the blood to flow.
4. Hold your penis around the base.
5. Now milk down towards the head of your penis.
6. Do not use any lube for this penis exercise.
7. Repeat for as many reps are required.
