How to measure your penis

Measuring Your Penis

Measuring your penis correctly can be tricky. Do you measure from the side, the top or the bottom? When do you measure? Do you stretch your penis? Here is the standard way of how to measure your penis.

Use a penis stretcher or penis enlargement pills to increase your measurements

Measuring the flaccid (soft) length:

It’s important to remember that when measuring your flaccid length that the measurement may change frequently. This is mainly down to temperate change and blood flow. Flaccid gains are the first to show when undergoing any penis enlargement program, so try to keep them accurate.

Stand up straight and hold your flaccid penis in front of you (do not stretch it), your penis should now be parallel with the floor. Hold the ruler on the side of your penis, slightly pressing against the pubic bone. This is your flaccid measurement.

Measuring the erect length:

The erect length is what most men are interested in and want to increase. Again, the standard way to measure is from the side of the penis. The average erect length is 6.5 inches.

First, make you have a 100% erection, one where you can feel the blood pumping through your penis. Now, stand up, hold your penis in one hand and with the other hand place the ruler on the side of your penis, slightly pressing against the pubic bone. Measure to the nearest millimetre. Do no exaggerate the measurement, this may lead to a lack of motivation in the future.

Measuring the erect girth:

Again, make sure that your penis is completely erect and stays erect during the measuring. Hold your penis out in front of you while standing up. Now place the tape measure around the middle of your shaft, making sure not to pull too tight. The average erect girth is around 5 – 5.5 inches.

Final word

Whether you’re performing natural exercises or using a penis stretcher, penis enlargement pills or patches. Take these measurements every week and write them down along with the date. Tracking your exact progress is important for a successful penis enlargement program.
